associate Customer to shipment via API
It is currently possible to associate Reference Numbers and Tags when creating a shipment via API, but not Customer Name. would like that capability as well.

AWS Simple Notification Service(SNS) is a well-established messaging platform with pub/sub functionality. It has high availability and unlimited traffic rate. Instead of using webhook, we would like to leverage SNS as the notification channel to consume the data.
