Ability to update reference numbers and tags for a shipment

It is currently possible to associate Reference Numbers and Tags when creating a shipment via API, but not Customer Name. would like that capability as well.

Create transport events for rail loaded, rail arrived, and rail unloaded.

Create transshipment transport events for vessel arrived, vessel unloaded, vessel loaded, and vessel departed.

If Chassis Number is provided by the terminal when a container is out gated then Terminal 49 should provide that data.

Ability to create a tracking request for a particular container

Dispatch notifications when transshipments arrive, unload, load and depart.

Ability set the request_type as "booking_number" to track an ocean booking.
