API to list terminals which are supported for scraping.

Associate customers, tags, and reference numbers through API on container level

Container availability timestamp with webhook notification support

Ability to see when the the availability status changed at the terminal via the container API. This could be last_availability_changed_at . Also add this attribute to the container.updated webhook notification

Send all Terminal details via container API

Send actual terminal name via the API (in addition to City). This include all relationships by default. This should include the related terminal details (name, nickname, firms code).
