Notes on each shipment
I'd love the ability to add "notes" to each shipment after it has been keyed. When a shipment is delayed, I need to notify my customer. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of who I've already spoken to. If there were a note section, I could leave myself a note (or other user) that I talked to X customer on such and such day.
