Improvements

Carriers do not always return the final empty returned milestone for each container in it's lifecycle. When this happens we are unable to update the consumer or stop checking the container status at the shipping line. Once a container is picked up we can check the container status individually at the shipping line instead of in the context of the BL/Booking we will be able to see when a new journey (empty out) has begun and we can create a new event like. 'Lifecycle Ended' 'Journey Terminated' .

it would be a very beneficial to have this as a webhook or something, to alert our system when a carrier or a terminal is temporarily not able to be tracked. and then another webhook telling us its back up. This would help know when or which category shipments not to rely on the auto tracking during the time that its not working. (and it will notify our tracking team that these also need to be tracked manually until we know that its back up from terminal49) Otherwise we have no way to know.

we should be able to assign containers to individual members and only they should receive notification on that containers
