Please provide tracking information for domestic rail moves

When we have a connection to a carrier go down for >12 hours we should automatically alert our clients when we have connection issues with carriers they use. Or alert them when uploading a shipment for a specific SCAC if there is a connection issue with that SCAC

We have been requested to integrate with ECLU, for our clients to track their shipments.
