Customer wants to know which ports are more congested and which ones are more efficient, so that they can change where to send their shipments to avoid delays.

in NY/NJ they are all congested, we are asked that all the time. The one's that have better turnaround times one week, are the worst one the following week. There's no clear answer for this, unfortunately these are the conditions that the port community has to deal with.
