When the shipping line shows that a container is available we would like to receive a webhook notification.

Can T49 add Container Available Date as a discrete field in T49? right now we leverage the bool you send to derive a date, which is brittle. OR,
Can we have a webhook specific for this event? i.e., any time container.isAvailable changes, we get a webhook notification? we'd want to decouple this from the rest of the container.updated event stream.
