Add Terminal Hold for containers

If a container has Terminal Hold, T49 categorize it only as other:hold. The customer wants to view the reason behind the hold instead of just seeing it as other:hold.

Should be multiple clear " terminal" Holds. Freight Hold , Customs Hold , No Location Hold , and that should be detail on Last Free Day. if Terminal does not profit LFD then T49 should always show a " estimated" LFD and update to just " LFD" once that date is confirmed and updated by terminal. Same as you show " Original ETA" for vessel you may want to show " original LFD" and new LFD to track extensions of actual LFD's as given by terminal.
