We are working on improvements to email notifications in phases:

the first phase will be a list of available reports that you can subscribe to via email
in the future you'll be able to create reports from a custom Containers view, and subscribe to that report via email

Are there any other suggestions you have for ways to improve email notifications from Terminal49? Please comment here!

This would be helpful in identifying who needs to be updated when working on a team in which specific customers are assigned to certain reps.

certainly customizing email notification by operations person for their own containers will drive use / benefit of that data.
